World Text is a company specialising in inbound and two way bulk text messaging – servicing organisations and businesses like Sunderland City Council, NHS, Dolby and New York University. Their existing logo had aged and brand was non-existent due to their small start-rapid success business arc, and it needed a professional to take the brand into the coming years. I created a logo, designed an outline of their website, social media posts and created a set of brand guidelines.



The logo came from the simple concept of bulk messaging – the ‘T’ arrow symbolising the delivery of messages and the ‘W’ forming a box shape to signify the ‘bulk’ element of the business. A simple and effective communiqué of the essence of their business. As a tech company, their brand needed to be much more modern and dynamic, so I created a style that achieved this whilst enabling a fluid and adaptable approach to making each brand touchpoint as bespoke as their clients’ needs.
